The BPMAdmin user can use the Security
Roles widget to assign members to all module roles (Owner,
Writer, or Reader). In addition, the owner of a timetable can assign
members to the Owner, Writer, and Reader roles for that timetable.
About this task
The BPMRoleManager or timetable owner can assign either
individual members to a role or can assign all members to a role.
For example, as the owner of a timetable, you might want to allow
all users to view the timetable.
To assign members to a module
role, complete the following steps:
Procedure

- From the Module list, select a
timetable.
- Click the name of a role (for example, the Writer role
for the timetable).
