Deleting system role assignments

The BPMAdmin user can use the Security Roles widget to delete one or more users from the BPMRoleManager role.

Procedure

  1. Log in as the BPMAdmin user and open the Security Roles widget.
  2. Click the BPMRoleManager role.
  3. On the right side of the page, hover over the user or group to be deleted and click Picture of the delete icon. (the delete icon).
  4. When you are finished deleting users or groups, click Save.

Results

Note that the role assignments are not saved to the database until you click Save. If you want to undo the changes, click Reset.
