Service Administration template

The Service Administration template creates a business space from which you can monitor, administer, and manage the services in your solution. You can also use this space to administer proxy gateways and mediation policies associated with services.

The Service Administration template creates a space with multiple pages, and each page is populated with one or more widgets from IBM® Process Server and WebSphere® Enterprise Service Bus. The following table lists each page and its widget or widgets.
Page name Widget name Description
Service Monitoring page Service Monitor widget Use the Service Monitor widget on this page to measure response time and throughput over a defined period of time for the services exposed and invoked by your module.
Store and Forward page Store and Forward widget

Store and Forward Details widget

Use the widgets on this page to determine whether store-and-forward service control points are in the store or forward state. Store-and-forward service control points are typically in the store state if a destination is not available. Messages are stored until the destination becomes available again, at which point the stored messages can be forwarded by setting the service control point to its forward state. You can also look at the originally configured store-and-forward service control point properties. Some of these properties can be edited.
Proxy Gateway page Proxy Gateway widget Use the widget on this page to administer proxy groups defined for a proxy gateway. A proxy gateway is a module that receives web service requests and forwards them to an endpoint defined in a proxy group.
