Configuring the available actions for the Process Definitions widget

You can configure the Process Definitions widget so that the users who work with the widget see only those actions that are valid for the work that they do.

Before you begin

You must be the page owner or an editor of the page to configure this widget.

About this task

The selections that you make on the User Interaction tab determine the entries that the users of this widget see in the Actions list, the inline actions that are available for each of the process definitions in the list, and how users interact with the widget.

Procedure

  1. Open the widget menu and select Edit Settings to see the configuration tabs.
  2. On the User Interaction tab, select the actions that are available, and the order in which they appear in the Actions list. You can also create custom actions that are specific to your business environment to add to the Actions list.
  3. Click OK to save the configuration changes.
