Configuring Work Baskets

Use the Work Baskets configuration to specify the content that users of the widget see, and how this content is displayed and refreshed.

Before you begin

You must be the page owner or an editor of the page to configure this widget. In addition, you must be in the WorkBasketSystemAdministrator role.
Attention: To use this widget, Business Space must be configured to use the Business Process Choreographer REST services. If you are using Heritage Process Portal on an iPad, this widget is not supported.

About this task

To configure this widget, open the widget menu and select Edit Settings. If the edit option is not available, you are not authorized to configure the widget. You can configure the following aspects of this widget:
  • The content that is shown in the widget
  • How the content is displayed and refreshed
