Working on tasks in the My Work Organizer widget

To manage your work, you can perform various actions on tasks.

About this task

To work on a task, select an item in the list, then click Actions. You can select only those actions that are appropriate for the selected item.

Create a task. You can create a task for yourself or for someone else, to initiate work, or to call a service. In Task Information, you can select the type of task to create and specify the priority.
Open a task. The action that you can take depends on the status of the selected task.
- If you have accepted the task, the selected task is opened in the Task Information widget so that you can work on it.
- If the task is still in draft status, the open action opens the selected task in the Task Information widget. Here you can specify the appropriate information before you submit the task.
Transfer a task. You can transfer the selected task to someone else. Type the name, or a part of the name, of the person to display a list of matching or partially matching names and user IDs. Select the person from this list to whom you want to transfer the task.
Delete a task from the list.
