Managing My Team's Tasks template

The Managing My Team's Tasks template creates a space for supervising a team and for creating and performing tasks.

The Managing My Team's Tasks template combines widgets from Business Process Manager and Business Monitor to create a space for users who are responsible for managing a team. These users might also perform the tasks that the other members of the team perform so the space also contains the same widgets as a space created by the Managing Tasks and Workflow template. This template is available only if a Business Space administrator has imported it.

The Managing My Team's Tasks template creates a space with five pages: My Work, Create Tasks, Task Status, Manage Team Tasks, and Analysis. Many of the widgets on these pages require configuration. The person creating the space must edit their settings so that they display appropriate information. The descriptions for each page provide information for how you might configure each widget.

The following table lists the widgets that are supplied for use in the My Work page.
Widget name Description
My Tasks Displays the tasks that have been assigned to the user.
Task Information Displays information about the tasks that the user has selected in the My Tasks widget or the Available Tasks widget. While the widget only displays information about one task at a time, users can swap between tasks by selecting the tabs.
Available Tasks Displays the tasks that have not been assigned to anyone and that are available for the user to select and work on.
Human Workflow Diagram Displays the process for the open task in the Task Information widget. If the task does not have a process, the widget displays "No process context information available for this task."
KPIs With appropriate configuration, it displays a graphic that dynamically shows the performance of a business process. The business process must have a monitor model that contains a defined KPI model.
Alerts Displays notifications for a business situation that a Business Monitor administrator has specified that the user will receive.
On the Create Tasks page, users can create tasks for other people to perform and track the status of the tasks that they have created. The following table lists the widgets in the Create Tasks page.

Create Tasks Displays a list of task templates that users can use to create a task.
Task Information Displays the form used to create the task if the user selects a template in the Create Tasks widget or a task if the user selects a task in the Tasks I Created widget. Although the widget displays only information about one task at a time, you can swap between tasks by selecting the tabs.
Tasks I Created Displays the tasks that the user has created

On the Manage Team Tasks page, users can see the tasks that have been assigned to members of their team and transfer tasks to balance workload. The following table lists the widgets in the Managed Team Tasks page.

My Team's Tasks Lists the tasks assigned to members of the user's team.
On the Analysis page, you can monitor your team's status. The following table lists the widgets in the Analysis page:

Report Viewer With appropriate configuration, it displays a report associated with the business process.
