Reordering pages in spaces

You can reorder the pages in a space so that they display in the order that you want.

About this task

For example, you might rearrange the pages so that the pages that you use the most are on the left or you can arrange the pages in order of importance or priority.

Procedure

  1. In the open page, select the page menu icon page menu icon and then click Reorder page. The Reorder Pages window opens.
  2. Select a page and then click the up and down buttons to move it. The order in which the pages display from top to bottom is the order in which the page tabs display from left to right in the space.
  3. Click OK. The Reorder Pages window closes and the pages are in the order that you specified.
