Creating links to pages spaces

You can create a link to a page in a space. Users can click the link to go directly to the page after they log in to the product spaces.

About this task

You can generate a URL that you can use as a link to that page. This URL contains information that is used to re-create the page.
Important: The person you send the URL to must have viewer or editor access to the page.

Procedure

  1. Open the page menu by clicking its menu icon page menu icon.
  2. Click Show Link. The Page Link window opens.
  3. Copy the entire URL.
  4. Click OK. The Page Link window closes.
  5. Paste the entire URL into your email or instant message.
