Managing work for teams with the Team Performance dashboard

If you are a team manager, you can use the Team Performance dashboard in Heritage Process Portal (deprecated) to manage the work of the teams that you are responsible for.

Before you begin

You must be of a member of a team of managers to view data in the Team Performance dashboard.

    You can use the pages in the Team Performance dashboard in Heritage Process Portal to manage the work of the team members that you are responsible for. From the dashboard, you can see whether your team is catching up or falling behind on its work.
  • Heritage Process Portal dashboards: Search tips
    While you are working with process instances or tasks in the Processes, Process Performance, or Team Performance dashboards, you can filter the processes or tasks that are shown.
