Configuring the available actions for the Process Information widget

You can configure the Process Information widget so that the users who work with the widget see only those actions that are valid for the work that they do.

Before you begin

You must be the page owner or an editor of the page to configure this widget.

Procedure

  1. Open the widget menu and select Edit Settings to see the configuration tabs.
  2. On the User Interaction tab, specify the actions that are available to the users of the widget. The widget does not provide any default actions. To provide actions for the users of this widget, you must specify custom actions.
    Attention: If you do not provide any custom actions, the widget will not have an Actions list.
  3. Click OK to save the configuration changes.
