Specifying the information that is shown for a process in the Process Information widget

You can configure the Process Information widget so that it shows only the information about a process that is relevant to the users of the widget.

Before you begin

You must be the page owner or an editor of the page to configure this widget.

Procedure

  1. Open the widget menu and select Edit Settings to see the configuration tabs.
  2. On the Content tab, select the information and the order in which it is shown for a process. The Details tab is shown to users of the widget only if you select at least one of the properties from the list. In addition, a property is shown in the widget only when the property has a value for the current process.
  3. Click OK to save the configuration changes.
