Configuring the Escalations widget
Use the Escalations configuration to specify the content that users of the widget see, the actions that they can take, how the content is displayed, and the refresh behavior of the widget.

Starting an escalation
You can manually start an escalation if you do not want to wait for it to start automatically.

Assessing task escalations
You can display a list of escalated tasks that you own in the Escalations List. You can view information about the escalations and also filter, order, and configure the list. You can also see which tasks are escalated to you and whether tasks that you own are escalated or whether you should escalate them immediately.
