Configuring Work Basket Information

Use the Work Basket Information configuration to specify the content, roles, and distribution targets that are available to users of this widget.

Before you begin

You must be the page owner or an editor of the page to configure this widget. In addition, you must be in the WorkBasketSystemAdministrator role.
Attention: To use this widget, Business Space must be configured to use the Business Process Choreographer REST services. If you are using Heritage Process Portal on an iPad, this widget is not supported.

About this task

To configure this widget, open the widget menu and select Edit Settings. If the edit option is not available, you are not authorized to configure the widget. You can configure the following aspects of this widget:
  • The content that is shown on the General tab
  • The roles that are available for working with work baskets and their associated tasks
  • The distribution targets that are available for assigning work to
